Wet Spray is a newly developed product designed specifically for use with bag-on-valve spray delivery (non-propellant pressurized aerosol - not pump spray). This bottling technology required new equipment for Star, and represents an investment in future possibilities. This product leaves a never-drying, self-leveling, tenacious and long-lasting film of "oily" lubricant on the ski surface. It can be applied very thin by spraying onto a felt applicator, and applying in one pass to the ski, or by spraying directly onto the ski. In either case, further working of the wax on the ski is not recommended.
This product is fully compatible with all other Star waxes and can be combined with other products to modify their characteristics. For instance, you can spray this Wet Spray onto the ski, and then sprinkle on powder, and iron them together. The ingredients blend imemdiately leaving a perfect mix on the ski. Every possibility is open for waxers to experiment in order to achieve the best results.
This is a new product, but it has already been tested by teams, and reordered in large quantity. One of the most interesting new products from Star for the 2026-27 season.
